Conditie: Good, Hardcover (maybe a later binding?) decorated with green speckling. Engraving (titleplate) after page 104, 220 pages (last page not numbered). Missing the titlepage and Voorreden (4 unnumbered pages) and fold-out plate. During the first part of the seventeenth century the price of tulip bulbs dramatically increased, but in 1637 the prices plummeted with devastating effect for a lot of people. More photo's available upon request. Recently a similar copy from 1734 sold for 2200 euro excluding auction fees.
