Cointeraux is, of course, the starting point for modern building in pise but as the self designated "only architect of the popular classes," he had ideas on everything. Here is an improved chimney design to make better use of heat, reduce the amount of wood needed, and be odourless and smokeless. He worried at this a few times over the following years.
