Was in charge of a camouflage unit during WW1. Eventually settled in Westmoreland, PA, where he lived while teaching at Carnegie. Lovely Impressionist works. With a lengthy illustrated essay by Helen K. Fusscas. Chronology, list of memberships and collections, catalogue (listing 73 pictures or related items). Published to accompany the exhibition held in Old Lyme, CT: Florence Griswold Museum, June 6 to Aug. 9, 1992, two other locations. VG (May have label & few marks from previous gallery owner.) .
