There are some light pencil markings on the back free end page, and a tear on the blank penultimate page. Otherwise very clean and readable. On the slipcase, there is a water stain across the front that has spread over some of the title plate. There are also several waterdrop marks on the back. The top of the spine shows some light wear; otherwise, a sturdy slipcase that has protected its book well.
