Missing pages are as follows (although please keep in mind that the bulk of these pages may not actually be "missing," but appear to be unpaginated blank versos of maps and illustrations): Pages 8, 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 20, 28, 34, 38, 40, 44, 48, 52, 54, 56, 60, 61, 66, 70, 74, 76, 78, 82, 84, 86 and 88. Because of the missing items, this is sold as a COLLECTION OF PLATES ONLY. Note on Indiana Map: There is an inserted map entitled "New Sectional and Township Map of Indiana," from 1874 by Higgins Belden & Co. It is unnumbered, as the rest of the maps and illustrations, and published by a different publisher, so we are unable to determine whether this is the missing Indiana map or not. Good (Folio is moderately worn/scuffed/smudged; interior of folder has damaged holding flaps; plates and pages are lightly toned, as expected with age, and lightly edgeworn; occasionally you will find some foxing or smudging to the pages or plates.) .
