Pages remain fairly bright, though, will have instances of smudges, specks, light marks and light foxing. Opening hinge/gutter has a bound-in, hand-written letter from the author. Good- (boards scuffed & scratched w/ rubbing to edges. corners & spine ends rubbed w/ erosion & fraying. front hinge splitting, binding material cracked at ends; a majority of the binding material remains but its torn & split; opening endpaper detached, board rattled. various splits to textblock, though joints are holding. pgs will have light to moderate aged dampstaing to edge upper edges, it's expanse nearing center of pg edge) .
