Front board has endpaper and frontispiece attached. Pages remain fairly bright with occasional instances of spotting; title page has tanning and foxing. Pages rippled but have no apparent dampstaining. Auction held March 16, May 4 and May 25 of 1829. Lists 8786 items of auction. Remains a nice, sturdy copy for the researcher; a candidate for rebinding. Good- (boards & cloth spine detached. binding paper remains attached w/ split to front & partial to back of textblock; textblock w/ joints intact, back split has two lower detached joints.) .
