Printed in edition of 550 copies, this being number 22 (Vol. 1). unnumbered (Vol. 2); unnumbered (Vol. 3). Good- (Slipcase missing, "portfolio" has heavy wear with sides missing and unattached, title half page has smudging, pages are lightly age toned mainly along edges but plates and text are otherwise clear. All pages and plates appear to be present). Vol 2 VG, some soiling to slipcase. Vol. 3 lacks backstrip for portfolio case, soiling and straining to slipcase. All contents are clean and fresh. Sold as an excellent reference set, but not for the coolector because of Volume 1.
