She married James Clarence Atkinson in 1910. They had two sons, 1917-1921, born at Germantown and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. James Clarence Atkinson (1884-1952) was the son of James Quinby Atkinson (1838-1927) and Mary Cleaver Atkinson (1846-1887). Includes memories of the author. Ancestors include: Thomas Skillman (1640-1697) of England and Newtown, Long Island -- Peiter Clasen (Wyckoff (b. ca. 1625) of Holland and New Netherlands -- Samuel Maxwell Gayley (1802-1862) of Ireland and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania -- James Algeo (b. 1793) of Donegal, Ireland, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania -- John Atkins (b. 1695) of England and Pennsylvania -- Pieter Kleaver (Cleaver) (fl. 1697) of Germany and Pennsylvania.
