With 1 plan/map by Damisse and 5 plates by A. van der Laan and S. Fokke, after A. de Haen and G. van Oostrom. Of which one after a painting by J. Meerhoud. Same text as the first editon with many notes. First page of dedication also engraved by S. Fokke. 4 Blank pages / Half Title / Title Page / 10 NNP / 496 Pages / 4 Blank pages / 1 Folding maps / 1 Folding Plates / 4 Engraved Plates Binding: Contemporary Full Vellum Octavo 8vo.
