Later issue of this visually appealing underground paper that combined edgy comics, layout and graphics to report on, and satirize news of the day, while reporting on left wing and counterculture topics, often embracing a psychedelic editorial tone. It was also one of the first underground newspapers to use color printing for its covers. This issue with a look at the May Day protests in New Haven surrounding the trial of several Black Panther Party members; a musing on the aftermath Woodstock in culture; gay liberation, etc. GOOD condition. Horizontal fold crease present. Minor to moderate toning and a hint of curling to the paper. Some creasing and a few small tears along the edges. Good .
