Front cover lists B.W. Williams as president, Will Kennon as vice-president and Dorothea Talley as secretary of the organization. Signatures of Kennon and Talley at the bottom. Interior filled with contract numbers, benefit designation and fee numbers, as well as the signature/initials of the collector. GOOD condition. Horizontal crease along the top. Minor toning, soiling and edgewear. Good .
