It appears this may have been a drag show featuring Mondo Connie. Nothing much could be found about the performer or the venue, although it appears the location has served as a spot for bars and restaurants. A January 17, 2018 article in the New York Times, "Is This the Golden Age of Drag? Yes. And No." does quote someone who reflects on the vibrant drag scene in the early 1990s in Los Angeles, mentioning Steven Loya as Mondo Connie. GOOD condition. Two fold creases present.
