Another section features a description and account of the Franconia or White Mountains of New Hampshire, including an illustration of the Old Man of the Mountains, with another section on Napoleon and reoccurring features on fashion. FAIR/GOOD condition. Front cover interior hinge cracked and separating along the hinge, somewhat tenuously attached. Very heavy scuffing to the boards, with moderate toning, soiling, staining and wear. Upper 1 ½ of backstrip missing. Text block solid with scattered foxing and soiling. Paper toned. Owner's name on inside front cover. Fair .
