Kenneth Lay was chairman and CEO of the company. While a rosy future was envisioned by Lay, the company actually executed huge amounts of financial and accounting fraud throughout its existence, resulting in its bankruptcy in 2001 and guilty findings for Kenneth Lay for security fraud. He died in 2006 prior to serving his sentence. VERY GOOD condition. Light soiling and edgewear to the booklet. Very Good .
