FAIR condition. Heavy chipping and deterioration to the paper along the spine, with moderate loss, flaking and peeling, with the covers somewhat weakly attached along the hinges. Old tape repairs/scars present along the spine/hinges. Moderate soiling and heavy uneven darkening. Extremities scuffed and worn. Owner's signature present. Paper very toned. Fair .
