Thoa, Duong - The Revolutionary Morality of President Ho Chi Minh

Title: The Revolutionary Morality of President Ho Chi Minh
Description: No Place, No Publisher. Unbound. No publisher, place or date, perhaps early 1970s. Presumably photomechanical reproduction of a typed original. 8 ½ by 11 inches. 6 pages, printed on single sides only. A piece discussing the principles, ideals and philosophy of Ho Chi Minh, often citing his genius and strength in his revolutionary struggle. This includes discussion of his meager living in Paris, mention of threats from French leaders, and his leading Vietnam against the French and US forces. Overall, a glowing opinion on the life of Ho Chi Minh. By Professor Duong Thoa, who appears to also be known as Le Thi. The byline indicates she was a member of the Executive Committee of the Union of Vietnamese Women. She was an active participant in revolutionary activities against the French in the 1940s in Northern Vietnam, continuing on in various capacities in both underground and public activism against the French. In the 1970s she helped pioneer gender studies in Vietnam (from the introduction to her Changing My Life book, English translation). GOOD+ condition. Some browning and minor wrinkling. Printing unevenly faded, presumably due to the copying process. Good .
