Part of a set, 'The Nutshell Library,' this being the ONLY volume present. An alphabet for children, written and illustrated by Maurice Sendak. FAIR/GOOD condition. Some pencil scribbles to the front and rear cover in a rather heavy hand. Minor soiling and edgewear. Binding cocked. Front endpaper MISSING. Interior binding shaken. Crayon doodle to the illustrated half-title. Small tear to the upper gutter of the half-title. Fair/No Jacket.
