Seven sheets of various items to be cut out and assembled, plus an eighth sheet providing an inventory of items in the parlor of Jonathan Fairbanks' house at the time of his death in 1688. This sheet also contains a short description of the house and living conditions at that time. With a short account of the Fairbanks family. GOOD condition. Green substance stuck to the rear cover in a long thin line and with a few scattered splotches, perhaps old play-doh. Minor browning and soiling to the covers. Some bumping along the extremities. Small tear and crease to the paper covering the boards on the lower front cover. Light toning to the interior. Paper intact. Good .
