Martha Carey Thomas was a noted 19th century feminist, suffragist and educator, serving as the second president of Bryn Mawr College. GOOD condition. Heavy chipping to the wrapper along the front fore edge, with loss along its lower half. A half moon chip missing from the center rear cover fore edge. Moderate offsetting/darkening along the extremities Minor soiling. Wrappers chipped and split along the front hinge, with some loss. Good .
