Minor creasing and edgewear to the wraps with a ½ inch tear at the lower center edge of the wraps and pages. Sheet music LOOSE inside the wraps, with the wraps splitting along the upper and lower hinges. Faint dampstain present to the lower margin of the music. General darkening to the pages. Good .
