In 1990, he co-founded the New England School of Homeopathy (NESH) with his wife, Dr. Amy Rothenberg, aiming to provide reliable and effective training in homeopathy. He also founded the New England Journal of Homeopathy, which was published from 1992 to 2002. Dr. Herscu has authored several influential books, including "The Homeopathic Treatment of Children: Pediatric Constitutional Types" and "Stramonium: With an Introduction to Analysis Using Cycles and Segments." His "Cycles and Segments" approach organizes patient information to enhance homeopathic prescribing accuracy. He maintains a private practice in Northampton, Massachusetts, specializing in pediatric neurological disorders, particularly autistic spectrum disorders.
