Very good in wrappers with mild wear to spine where disbound. and tear along foredge of cover (doesn't affect cover illustrations of the "Opening of New Public Buildings at Ipswich". One sheet (pp. 131-132) separated but present. Complete issue. Article describes the "Lawn Tennis Championship Meeting" at Wimbledon. Also, full-page, detailed illustration of the "Fifth Round of the All Comer's Match" drawn by Arthur Hopkins. Bystanders sitting and standing on grass, players appear in everyday dress, one has on a t-shirt, the other a long-sleeve shirt with collar and sleeves rolled up (over a t-shirt). Shows the scorer standing on stool and the scoreboard and names of players. The games were fist played in 1877 (4 years ealier) and open to amateur men. Very Good.
