The binding is still tight.There is rubbing to the boards and an inch long chip to the top edge of back board. The endpapers are clean and bright. Very little foxing. No other markings. Tissues still cover its many full-page illustrations. A classic of American regional history and rare to find in very good condition in the original full-leather binding. Very Good.
