Very good in brown leather-like covered boards with 3 inch tear starting at top of front hinge and crossing the spine, mild wear to tips of boards, one small knick to spine at front and back hinge. Bright gold gilt lettering and illustration showing an angel in resplendent gown and with golden wings, encircled by 2 circles of stars and flames of fire in gold with the title in large decorative gold letters.Starting to top of inside hinge (1.5"), 4 creases (3 mild) to back endpaper. Pages are clear and bright. Light fading toward edges of pages. Gold gilt on all three edges of pages are still bright. Illustrations are clean and bright. Text easy to read. NO FOXING. Very Good.
