Laid into this copy is the program (4 pages) for "Inge Morath: Literati," an exhibition of Morath's photographs at the Meadows Museum. Also laid in is the invitation to a reception at the Meadows Museum for Morath an Miller. The front panel of the invitation is Morath's photograph of Miller and Vaclav Havel, a "gelatin silver print, 1969. Collection of the artist." Miller was also the recipient of the Algur H. Meadows Award in 1991. The invitation still retains the original unused envelope.
