Very good in dark green boards with ornate design (complete and bright) stamped to front, back, and, with lettering, to spine. Also, gold-gilted page edges still bright. The only wear is light bumping to board and spine extremities. The letter "p" is printed in small cursive to front endpaper and the number "150" in small numerals written toward top of front paste down. This book has been cared for over the last 165 years or so. There is light foxing to frontispiece portrait of a young Dickens, 2 small light spots to back of frontispiece and next page and a stray light spot or two to a few random pages. Tissue guard still intact at frontispiece. Very Good.
