The booklet contains secrets of Lapland's cuisine good enough to please even the most demanding gourmet. By choosing ingredients only from Lapland's pure nature and by combine ancient and traditional knowledge, a new art of eating could develop. Recipes in this book can also be found on Hullu Poro's menu. The book takes into account that each month has its own and typical range of ingredients. Thus, it introduces traditional as well as modern recipes, taking the natural availability of the ingredients into account.
