Description: London, The Folio Society, 1985. 1st Folio Society edition. Hardcover. 6 vols. A set of six hardcover books arranged in three slipcases. All volumes are in blue cloth except for the sixth, which is in green. Condition ranges from very good to fine. A few tiny, faint abrasions on front cover of volume 1, which also has some very light crinkles in some of the pages. Similarly mild crinkling in volume 5. A few tiny rub marks on back cover of volume 2. Spine of volume 6 is mildly buckled down the middle. Otherwise, all are clean and tight. The sixth volume's complete title is THE HISTORY OF ENGLAND FROM 1485 TO 1685 (the first five volumes deal with England during and post-James II). Very Good .
