The entire jacket is encased in an old mylar cover. A book by American Catholic doctor Tom Dooley, who worked in southeast Asia during the Vietnam War. Though largely a humanitarian, Dooley also assisted the CIA, and much of his work contributed to anti-communist propaganda. His legacy remains controversial. Good .
