The leather is heavily scuffed; hairline cracks are forming along the front hinge of the spine, and a bit of the bottom raised band has chipped off. Edges of boards wearing through. Small dent at top of front board. Library marking on spine and a few stamps inside. Some foxing on the blank endpapers and title pages; otherwise, text clean and pages tightly bound. A good reference copy. Volume 5 from a larger set of papal documents concerning the Order of Friars Minor (the Franciscans). All text is in Latin. This volume contains documents from Benedict XI, Clement V, and John XXII. Measures approx. 15.7" x 11.4. Fair .
