Description: New Haven, S. Converse, 1822. Leather. 507p. REBOUND. A hardcover book that has been rebound in modern brown leather with new endpapers. Pages wrinkled and browned, and most have some grayish soiling along the edges. Neat signature of an early owner on one of the original front endpapers. Occasional marginalia, apparently also by an early owner. Text is easily legible and binding is tight. A sturdy copy in good reading condition and externally attractive. A combination of Brainerd's journal (first published in 1746) and Edwards' biography (first published in 1749). .
