Phillipps jun.'s Establishment in the Portsmouth –road near Vauxhall, adjoining the Two-mile stone from Westminster-Bridge, is open to show the immense number and variety of Fruit Trees in bloom, which cover many acres. It is open each day from Six in the Morning till Dusk> and on Sundays, except during service time from eleven to one> admittance One Shilling. The Society of London for the Encourage of Arts  & etc gave L. Phillipps jun. two Gold Medals for the merit he has shown at his Establishment."
