A list of 71 offenders, most marked in manuscript "Bill," i.e. found to be a true bill and therefore scheduled to go before a jury. Most are warranted for theft or burglary> one for arson, one, Arabella Wilcocks, for bigamy, and three young men, aged 21, 21 and 26 arraigned for the murder of Richard Budden on the Isle of Wight.
