"A Colossal Panorama of Sebastapol, Painted expressly for the Fete from the best authorities - when the Storming of the Mamelon Vert and the Rifle Pits will be effectively portrayed by 500 Soldiers & Three Battering Rams." The diorama, apparently accompanied by a tableau vivant, or perhaps a recreation, 'celebrated' the capture of the Mamelon Vert fortress by the French assisted by the British, in June of that year.
