A substantial menu which included, in addition to the turtle soup and turkeys> bottles of sherbet, fish, turkey & oysters, fowl, capons, French pies, pigeon pies, hams, tongues, barons of beef, lamb, sirloins, ribs and rumps of beef, mashed and other potatoes, leverets, pheasants, geese, partridges, pea fowls, jellies, blancmanges, tartes, tourtes, almond pastry, chantilly baskets, mince pies, salads, pineapples, hot house grapes, ice cream, apples, pears, savoy cakes, walnuts, dried fruit and preserves, preserved ginger, rout cakes and chips, brandy cherries. All served with champagne, hock, claret, madeira, port and sherry.
