Title: Verses Composed by Nanny Foulds, of Great Harwood, Near Blackburn, on the Conference of Manchester.
Description: [Liverpool]: W. Forshaw, printer, c. 1830. Single sheet, 225 x 135 mm. central horizontal crease. For a religious conference. Nanny [Anne] Foulds was a female country poet, probably from Lancashire, whose ballads were printed by a variety of printers in Yorkshire and Lancashire. 8 other ballads are recorded on the Library Hub, this one unrecorded. It is unusual for the authorship of street ballads to be acknowledged, even rarer for women authors.
