José Ramón Ibarra y González (1853-1917) took office in July 1890 of the Diocese of Chilapa, covering the entire State of Guerrero, governing it for 11 years. Quite rare; we could locate no copies of this booklet. A very good copy, wrappers lightly faded and soiled, slight bend at top fore edge, contents browned along margins.
