An official list verifying the names and vote totals from the parishes of the Municipality of Santiago. Signed in print and ink by both Miguel de la Barra, President, and Antonio J. Vial, acting secretary. José Miguel de la Barra Lopez (1799-1851), Dean of the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Chile, and author of Compendio de la historia del coloniaje e independiencia de América, was a deputy in the Parliament. Antonio Jacobo Vial Formas was a deputy and government official in both domestic and foreign affairs. One copy at the BN Chile, otherwise none located at any other major libraries. A very good bright copy, wrappers trimmed, tiny blind stamp at corner.
