The broadside contains a listing of the rates of passage from Rio de Janeiro to Montevideo, as well as the limitations and restrictions for passengers, which included a prohibition on weapons and flammable materials. A few small holes affecting a few letters, some folds reinforced on verso, additions in manuscript.
