The judgement of the Court of Appeals of a complex inheritance case against Don Cardenio Avello, who left his enormous fortune to various charities in Concepción, and the Bishop of Concepcion. The case revolves around the legal status of an illegitimate daughter who was born in 1855 before the current Civil Code was inacted. We could locate no copies on OCLC or in the catalogues of any major Latin American Library. A very good copy with small chips to spine ends, leaves browning.
