Although the bill got through the Commons, the Lords blocked it. Eventually the Reform Act of 1884 passed increasing the electorate to 5,000,000. Printed for the Liberal Central Association. OCLC and RLIN list only 8 copies. Without wrappers, otherwise clean and tight; about good.
