Collation, [12], 205,[3]pp, 2 woodcut plates, one folding, woodcut diagrams & illustrations in text, folding plate with tear at fold. Bound in full period calf, raised bands. Calf rubbed, worn, with some loss on head and tail of spine, hinge joints split, but boards still attached. Internally, lacking front free endpaper, previous owners name of fixed endpaper and title, dated 1799,1826. Some light soiled and browned, marginal water-staining at beginning and end. Pages in good condition. A good copy, in a period binding. F. Near Very Good.
