The company was founded in 1875, and grew to be a major manufacturer of cables and wiring equipment. There was a brief expansion into the new market for motorcycles in 1907, but this proved unsuccessful and was discontinued two years later. This nicely produced catalogue showed the wide range of buildings that the company's products were being used in, from ordinary homes to country houses, factories and hospitals.
