Author: THE STUDIO Title: The Studio: An Illustrated Magazine of Fine and Applied Art (Volume Sixty Nine) (Issues 273 to 276)

Perhaps unsurprisingly the focus seems to be somewhat nostalgic, with a major article on Rossetti and another on the Buccleuch collection of 18th century minatures. However there is one small section of works by artists in the war zone, which just begin to hint at what horrors they must have witnessed - the article notes that the works have had to pass the censor. Yet with a year Paul Nash was showing the reality of modern industrial warfare. [NB - Heavy item, may required additional postage to some destinations]
