Description: London, HMSO 1902 xvii, 173pp [corrected version of the Report, xx, inserted (printers' note shows that this was issued on the same day as the main publication) - the final page is incorrectly paginated as x, so presumably not a good day for the typesetter] 34x21, blue paper wraps Front wrap and original version of the Report are detached, presumably deliberately when the corrected version was loosely inserted, couple of small stamps, generally good thus. The Committee made various recommendations for improving the supply and quality of housing for the working classes, including a proposal that in London rents should be set centrally. A particular concerns was the clearance of housing for major infrastructure and civil engineering projects, without replacement homes being provided.
