Description: London, for the Commission 1852 (new edition) 208pp, 72pp advertisers catalogue, 2 fold-outs, including plan of the Exhibition. 27x19, blue cloth covered thin boards, glt text. Ex-lib, a few discrete marks and stamps, spine damaged at bottom, some foxing, good thus. The original catalogue had Part 1 in a single volume, but the huge number of additional items that needed to be included - especially from France - caused the original single volume to be split over two.
