Top of spine pulled with some chipping, spine faded, contents very good, overall good copy. A supplement to the 1928 volume published by the LCC, covering only schemes built during the three years covered by the title. The photographs are good, and the extracts from the original LCC architects' plans for the various new estates are invaluable. The developments covered include the Cottage Estates at St Helier, Becontree, Bellingham etc, Block Dwellings at the Clapham Park Estate, Streatham Hill and Stamford Hill among others, and many major slum clearance schemes, particularly in Lambeth, Camberwell and East London.
