Ex-lib, with presentation plate on fep, couple of stamps and marks, cloth splitting on spine, slightly rubbed, mark on top edge not effecting contents, other edges uncut and slightly browned and rough, good thus. An important early 1920s survey of London problems, with planning proposals. There are texts by Adshead, Unwin, Blomfield, Davison etc.. Subjects include roads & streets, bridges, sorting out the East End, parks, housing etc etc.. Scarce.
