Description: Stuttgart, Germania-Verlag 1925 fp (colour, tissue guard), xii, 385pp, many bw photographs throughout 36x29, black morocco, raised glt decoration on front, glt text on front and spine, moire silk endpapers with glt decorated morocco hinges, all edges glt. A few small marks on morocco, especially on the back, but otherwise beautifully bright and clean copy, very good indeed. This work was issued to mark the 25th anniversary of the first flight by one of Graf von Zeppelin's airships, and is full of fascinating photographs of them in both civilian and military use. This edition is clearly a very special presentation copy, with its silk endpapers and glt edges and appears to be extremely scare. [heavy item, may require additional postage]
